Blissipline: A Morning Routine Guide

Blissipline.

I want to share to all of you the beautiful concept of “blissipline” that I apply to my morning routine (and to other areas of my life too). It’s finding bliss in disciplining self instead of feeling bad for exerting effort on things that will actually transform your life – it’s the harder way if you perceive discipline as that.

For this post, it’s about establishing a morning routine which I’ve been practicing since December last year.

Honoring thy Source first thing in the morning the moment you wake up is honoring the divinity within, connecting to the Most High is to connect to one’s higher self.

20min Spirit (meditation, prayer, journaling, etc.)

20 min Body (your choice of exercise: yoga, jogging, gym)

20 min mind (any books / audiobook/podcast/ YT learning)

*I do more than 30mins now. As you advance in your practice you can go for as long as 1hr for each.

What does it really mean for me to consistently do these? I know that when I am already full within as I do honoring, extreme self-care, and self-love before 7am, I am focused on giving, contributing, adding value to my family and other people and doing excellent work for the rest of the day simply because I am already overflowing by choosing myself first, filling my cup first… ease and flow happen.

These habits of “Extreme Self Care” was installed to me by our A+Quest founder coach Russ ( Aquarius Russ Juson). I wouldn’t have been able to install these habits if I didn’t have accountability group/partners that did not buy my excuses whenever I feel like I can’t commit and be consistent.

To pay it forward, I have started to open myself to support anyone (even non-A+Quest) who wants to build or strengthen their habits too as your accountability partner. Just reach out to me and any moment you’re ready, prepare to be transformed because this extreme self care is soo powerful.

*Actually my blissipline starts the night before I sleep as I play various frequency music meditation for either Divine Devotion, DNA repair, lucid dreaming, or for full quality deep sleep. *I can also share to you links of effective music frequency whichever you want to experience while you sleep just PM me.
